📅 Booking & Availability
How far in advance should we book the venue?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons and weekends. Popular dates tend to fill quickly.
What is required to reserve our date?
A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.
Is the venue available for tours?
Absolutely. Tours are available by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
How do we book The Villas Venue?
To book, contact us directly by phone (229-348-2228) or email, thevillasvenue@gmail.com. A signed contract and 30% non-refundable retainer fee are required to book an event or wedding.
🕒 Rental Time & Access
What is included in the rental time?
Your rental includes exclusive use of the venue for the contracted dates and times, including setup and breakdown.
Can we access the venue early for setup, decoration or rehearsal?
Yes, rehearsal and early setup options are available depending on your package selection.
When decorating at The Villas Venue we do not allow any nails, tacks, hooks or anything that will make a hole or mark. Décor must be free standing or executed with floral wire, fishing lines, string, or zip ties. We do allow live flames, but it must be contained to catch any wax.
💍 Ceremony, Reception and others
Can we host both the ceremony and reception on site?
Absolutely. Our venue is designed to accommodate ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners in one location.
Do you offer outdoor ceremony options?
Yes. We offer beautiful outdoor spaces, including a courtyard and scenic landscaped areas, perfect for ceremonies and receptions.
What is the backup plan for bad weather?
We have indoor spaces available to accommodate events in case of inclement weather.
Do you have areas for the bride, groom and bridesmaids party to get ready
The bride and groom can enjoy privacy and tranquility in her own bedroom, while the bridesmaids have a separate room with a spacious lobby.
Can I take bridal portraits at the venue?
Yes, once you reserve your wedding date you can come take engagement and or bridal photos once you have at least had of the rental paid.
🪑 Furniture & Rentals
What is included with the venue rental?
The Villas will provide tables and chairs for use included in the rental price. We have linens for use, decoration items, centerpieces, backdrops and more, available for rental.
Can we bring in additional décor or rentals?
Yes, you may bring additional décor and rentals, as long as they comply with our venue guidelines.
🍽️ Catering & Vendors
Do we have to use preferred vendors?
You are welcome to choose your own licensed and insured vendors.
Is there a kitchen or prep area available for caterers?
Yes, a kitchen (including microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove/oven) is available.
When do vendors need to arrive and depart?
Vendor arrival and departure times will be coordinated during your planning meetings.
🏡 Accommodations
Does the venue offer on-site accommodations?
Yes. We offer accommodation for up to 12 guests across three villas.
How many guests can stay overnight?
• Villa A (Pool House): 4 guests
• Villa Apartment B: 4 guests
• Villa Apartment C: 4 guests
📝 Planning & Coordination
Are planning meetings required?
Yes. Two planning meetings are required: one 60 days prior and one 15 days prior to your event.
What is required at each meeting?
At the 60-day meeting, you will provide your vendor list, preliminary floor plan, and timeline.
At the 15-day meeting, you will submit your final floor plan and final timeline.
🔊 Music & Entertainment
Is amplified music allowed?
Yes, amplified music is allowed within venue guidelines and local noise ordinances.
Is there a noise curfew?
Yes, all music must conclude by the agreed-upon time stated in your contract.
🔥 Alcohol, Safety & Policies
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is permitted with a Alcohol Insurance policy and compliance with all local laws.
Is event insurance required?
The Villa’s require event liability insurance is required for all weddings with 100 or more guest
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
🧹 Cleanup & Damages
Do we need to clean the venue after the event? Can we pay for that service?
Clients are responsible for removing personal items and décor. The property must be left as clean as it was upon arrival, with no trash or waste in the kitchen, tables, bathrooms, or on the floor. Place all garbage bags in the designated area in front of the property. The Villas Venue cleaning service for an extra fee of $200.
What happens if something is damaged?
Will be billed to the client and deduct from the security deposit.
❌ Cancellations, Security deposit & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms are outlined in the rental agreement.
What is a Security Deposit?
The security deposit of ($500.00) is required and shall be refunded to the Lessee within fourteen (14) days following the event, provided that no damage to the premises, furnishings, linens, or other property has occurred and that no additional cleaning or repair costs are incurred. Any such costs shall be deducted from the security deposit prior to refund.
Can we change our event date?
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
👥 Capacity
What is the maximum guest capacity?
Our venue can comfortably accommodate events of up to 200 guests, depending on the layout and event style (ceremony, reception, or combined setup).
Does the capacity change for indoor vs. outdoor events?
Yes. Guest capacity may vary based on whether your event is held indoors, outdoors, or a combination of both. Final capacity will be confirmed during the planning process.
🚗 Parking
Is parking available on site?
Yes, on-site parking is available for guests and vendors.
How many vehicles can the parking area accommodate?
Our parking area can accommodate approximately 45 vehicles. Additional parking arrangements may be available if needed.
Is parking included in the venue rental?
Yes, parking is included at no additional cost.
Is valet parking required or available?
Valet parking is not required. Clients may arrange valet services at their own expense if desired.
