• Indoor event hall with capacity for up to 150 guests, comfortably designed and fully equipped.

• Beautiful covered terrace with lake views, accommodating up to 100 additional guests, ideal for enjoying an outdoor setting with comfort and elegance.

Our stunning lakefront sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for capturing breathtaking photos, adding a magical and distinctive touch that makes every event truly special.

Service That Makes the Difference

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, paying close attention to every detail to ensure the success of your event and a memorable experience for you and your guests.

Include the following:

• Exclusive use of The Gathering Place, firepit area, and patio

• Use Kitchen (including microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove/oven)

• Set up and take down of any of The Villas property/furniture by our staff

• Tables and chairs: 150 white plastic folding chairs, 120 white resine folding chairs, 15 tables 6 ft, 6 tables 5 ft, 12 rectangular table 8 ft, 4 rectangular table 6 ft, 5 pop tables.

For additonal charges we can include, table cloth, runners, overlays, napkings, charged plates, centerpieces, etc.

• $1800 Friday or Saturday (Jan-May)

• $2100 Friday or Saturday ( June -Dec)

• $1600 Sunday (Jan-Dec)

• $175 per hours (Monday to Thursday) 4 hrs. minimum
